Newspapers & Publications
Did you know we now have daily local and national newspapers available for you to enjoy when you visit us. We will also be adding various publications such as Which? and The Week 9adult and junior versions). Come on in and grab a cuppa too!
Please do let us know if you would like to see certain pulications, especially for younger and teenage readers.
Follow our Recovery Gardens Project
Last year we developed a plan to transform our greenspaces into areas that are equally welcoming to everyone of all ages and abilities and that help to improve our environment. Our Recovery Gardens Project was born.

The National Lottery Community Fund who awarded us a grant to secure the future of our part-time manager position for four years. This will support us in further developing what we do and creating lots more for our local communities and everyone who supports us.
Gardens Project Boost
We are delighted that our Recovery Gardens project has received a grant of £5,550 from the People’s Postcode Lottery Postcode Neighbourhood Trust. This project incorporates improvements to the Library’s outside spaces which are: the Courtyard garden, the Market Square garden and the area around our car park.
