Buckby Library & Hub is available for both exclusive use hires and shared space bookings for a range of activities and events. We offer different options depending upon the type of booking you are looking to make, our rates and hire times can be found below.
EVENTS – what we offer:
- black out curtains and blinds, see below.
- a 62″ mobile TV with video conferencing equipment which can be connected to a laptop for talks and presentations etc. We also have two lapel mics.
- up to 90 chairs and a number of tables in various sizes.
- plenty of cups and wine, pint and tumbler glasses
- an urn, various coffee/water dispensers, coffee and milk jugs
- a hearing loop
For exclusive use hire there is a maximum capacity of 90 and this is only available when the Library is closed, please see our opening hours.
