Wellbeing walks are the perfect free exercise. They provide an opportunity to help people get back into walking, to walk with a group in and around the village, and have the chance to meet new people
All walks start from outside the library and you are welcome to enjoy coffee, biscuits or even cake for a small charge there afterwards for further chat! For more information please contact ……

A 90 minute “grade 3” walk over fields and some stiles.

Easy paced shorter walks lasting for 30-40 mins for people new to walking will take place on Tuesday mornings.
