Buckby Library & Hub would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who makes this such an amazing community space. Here’s a photo of some, but by no means all, of the amazing people who give their time, expertise and wisdom, without any reward, to ensure this very special facility remains at the heart of Buckby and our surrounding villages. We couldn’t do it without you, you lovely lot!!
For those who do not know, we saved this space from closure in 2019 and we pay all of the bills apart from the rent, our Parish Council does that, for which we owe huge thanks. We have approximately 50 volunteers who keep our Charity going, under the expert support and guidance of our Sam. Sam’s salary is currently financed by a National Lottery grant but that has an end date ~ we now urgently need to find financial support to keep her keeping us going.
