The Beat Buse provide officers and PCSOs with a mobile office, which enables them to be more accessible to local people and spend time in local communities. They provide a space for people to sit and chat to officers about the issues they have in their area. In rural areas in particular, these are a great resource for local people to meet with officers and get to know their local policing teams.
