Based on an unbelievable true story, a charismatic criminal, while on the run from the police, hides in a hidden space of a toy store. There, he adopts a new identity and becomes involved with an employee, beginning a relationship as unlikely as it is risky. We follow Jeffrey Manchester, an Army veteran who turns to robbing McDonald’s restaurants by cutting holes in their roofs, earning him the nickname: Roofman. But when he falls for Leigh, his double life begins to unravel, setting off a compelling and suspenseful game of cat and mouse as his past closes in.
