Community Surgery with our local Neighbourhood Policing Team

Saturday 17th October 26 ~ 10.30am to 12pm ~ Includes Tips/Support for Halloween and Bonfire Night

Drop in from 10.30am for a community surgery for residents. Please come along and speak with officers about any concerns you may have regarding crime and policing in your area.

Events such as Halloween and Bonfire Night can be a worrying time for some members of the community. Officers will be on hand to listen to your concerns, provide crime prevention advice, and discuss any issues affecting you or your neighbourhood.

Information and “No Trick or Treat Callers” posters will also be available for residents who do not wish to participate in Halloween activities.

Halloween Safety and Prevention Advice

  • Please respect residents’ wishes if they choose not to participate in Halloween activities.
  • Parents and guardians are encouraged to speak with children and young people about being respectful when trick-or-treating.
  • If taking part in trick-or-treating, please respect the wishes of residents who choose not to participate and do not call at homes displaying a “No Trick or Treat Callers” poster.
  • Be considerate of your neighbours, keep noise to a minimum, and help ensure everyone can enjoy Halloween safely and respectfully.
  • If you wish to report antisocial behaviour or a non-emergency incident, please call 101.
