It has been 5 years since our charity was formed and we have come on in leaps and bounds since then. We are now at a stage where we would like to welcome new people to help us continue to grow and develop.
We are seeking a Chair to the Board of Trustees, a Treasurer Trustee and non-role specific trustees who will also bring skills and perspectives to enhance the team.
Do you have the vision, entrepreneurial flair and people skills to lead a popular and successful community-managed library and village hub into the next stage of its evolution? We are seeking a new Chair to the Board of Trustees to help us maximise the potential of our premises in the heart of Long Buckby and our people resources – including a current team of four trustees, around 50 volunteers, and a part-time, paid manager.
Do you have a head for numbers and financial experience in the charity sector? As Treasurer Trustee, you will be responsible for maintaining robust financial processes, procedures, and practices to ensure our financial viability. Collaborating with fellow Trustees, you will ensure we deliver our financial duties and responsibilities and assist in our long-term financial sustainability.
